Advanced Beauty Therapy Level 3 Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship consists of a Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy general which includes practical and theory learning requirements. Skills covered include: electrical facials, body treatments, epilation, body massage, aromatherapy using blended oils and spray tanning. You will also study mandatory units such as health and safety.

Am I ready?

You will be required to have completed NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (general route only) or equivalent and relevant industrial experience for career development.

The Apprenticeship framework is comprised of competence qualification Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy and transferable skills.

The course is assessed by observation, written assignments and end of unit tests. College attendance is one day per week and one extra day per month to carry out practical assessments. Progress reviews will be completed with the apprentice every 12 weeks.
