We have 2 choices for our level 2 music technology and performance courses:
Music technology programme route –
Do you want to:
Get your hands on all the gear in our state-of-the-art training studios?
Have top industry pros showing you how to make tunes; that sound amazing?
Attend field trips to recording studios, live music venues and audio gear factories?
Listen to guest expert speakers including industry professional session musicians and audiologists; giving you insight in to the music industry?
Study various units including, sequence and sampling, dance music production, studio recording and DJ skills?
If so, this course is ideally suited to you; to gain invaluable knowledge in music technology as a whole.
Performance arts programme route –
Do you want to:
Learn breathing, relaxing and confidence building performance techniques?
Have top industry pros showing you how to write songs and lyrics, perform on stage and work as a group?
Understand promoting and managing events, copyright and contracts; and how the music industry works?
Receive singing training, instrument tuition and PA knowledge?
If so, this course is ideally suited to you; to gain invaluable knowledge in music performance as a whole.
No prior knowledge needed.
So what’s holding you back?
These are free courses for those aged sixteen to eighteen.
We can provide Maths and English qualifications along side your tuition.
You will progress your skills through regular tutorials and sessions, gaining the confidence & experience to possibly progress onto our level 3 Diploma; or stand out from the crowd and climb the steps on the employment ladder.
Work experience and enrichment activities are also provided as part of the programme.
