The Level 3 Team Supervisor Apprenticeship delivered by Solvo Vir is a structured development programme that empowers managers with the skills needed to lead more effectively and increase their team’s performance. The course can be adopted by learners who wish to progress to a supervisor/team leader role, or to add to their existing skills set for further careerdevelopment.

Who will benefit from this training?
The Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification is aimed at first line management roles, for those managers with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome.
