Management Apprenticeship Level 3/4

This apprenticeship looks at the different aspects of management and is a great way to develop your leadership skills. Managers play an essential role in the success in any business, during this apprenticeship you’ll learn valuable and interchangeable skills perfect for any sector.

What will I be doing?

Developing essential management skills

Chain and leading meetings

Conducting quality audits

Managing projects, events and budgets

Working too and setting SMART targets

Managing team performance

Managing conflict

Implementing and maintaining business continuity plans

Improving working relationships

After completing your 18 month apprenticeship with CERT you will be awarded an ILM Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Management and have experience of working in a management role.
