Nurture: Coaching and Mentoring

This programme is designed to improve morale, commitment and productivity at an individual level which in turn will ultimately translate into happier customers and better results for the organisation as a whole. It focuses on developing employees through coaching and mentoring – making them accountable for achieving their goals by guiding rather than telling.

Registration through Eventbrite will act as an expression of interest, following which a member of our team will contact you to confirm your place and discuss the full eligibility criteria, including relevant terms and conditions.

Following attendance at all sessions and successful completion of assignments, delegates will achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
