Occupational Work Supervision Diploma L3

The qualification is designed to train people as work supervisors. It is aimed at both those who do not have any prior experience of the role as well as those already acting as supervisors /foremen and will enable them to develop underpinning knowledge and understanding based on recognised industrial practices.
This qualification covers the following areas:
This qualification includes managing work activities and resources, developing and maintaining good working relationships, confirming the occupational method of work, co-ordinating and organising work operations, and managing health, safety and welfare.
This qualification is assessed by completing various tasks. These can be carried out through practical assessment, knowledge-based questioning and/or online assessment. The assessor can then confirm that the learner has met the requirements of the qualification and that they have the necessary underpinning knowledge and skills.
Successful candidates may progress to the NVQ level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision.
