What will this course cover?
Management skills have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of all size organisations across all sectors of the economy. The CMI Level 5 apprenticeship in Management is aimed at middle managers to develop skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities including delivering results and inspiring your colleagues.

This is a thorough and detailed qualification, and a unique insight into the most important aspects of leadership and management that will be incorporated into your day to day responsibilities, which will include:

What qualifications will I achieve?
On completion of this apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 5 CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership.

What are the entry requirements?
No formal qualifications are required for this apprenticeship, but you are expected to have sufficient management experience to carry out the responsibilities required.

This diploma is ideal for managers who are moving into a middle management position and have previous completed the level 3 leadership and management apprenticeship.

What can I do afterwards?
This level 5 apprenticeship will provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to work in a middle management role.
