PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) 2 Days

This two day ‘practical’ PAT testing course covers everything necessary to successfully achieve certification. The course includes both a theory and practical elements. This 2 day course is the latest and most up to date qualifications available from EAL for PAT

Course Content

The course is centred on the IET “Code of Practice for “In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (4th Edition)” – each candidate will need to obtain a copy to use on the course.

You will receive both practical and theoretical training.

You will using our centre-developed training rigs and assessment rigs.

All instruments are supplied, but if you wish to bring your own you are very welcome (provided they are in compliance with GS38).

In addition to our training and preparation, the candidate will complete a practical assessment and an on-line exam at our comfortable and relaxed premises at Witney, Oxfordshire.
