PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured project management method and one of the world’s most widely used method for managing projects.
It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for.
It gives you a set of processes to work through and explains what information you should be gathering along the way.
The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2.
This course conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain PRINCE2 Foundation level certification. Course Contents

The purpose of the PRINCE2 Foundation examination is to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method. The format of the exam is as follows:
60 minute exam duration
33/60 required to pass = 55% pass mark. Prerequisites
