This qualification (APM Project Management PMQ at Level 4) is suitable for those already working in a project management role. Projects can be defined and delivered within different contexts, across diverse industry sectors. They can be large or small. Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success. An associate project manager knows what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the required outcomes.

The Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship involves:

Learning whilst you are employed full time. You will be expected to hold a suitable project management position to achieve this qualification
An APM Project Management (PMQ) at Level 4 and Functional Skills in Mathematics & English if applicable
Learning in your workplace
A programme lasting up to 24 months however you can work at your own pace to finish sooner!
A Pass / Merit / Distinction in the new apprenticeship standard
You will be required to produce a portfolio of evidence, participate in a professional discussion and undertake a sector specific end point assessment based on your industry
