Retail Manager Level 3

This apprenticeship includes managing staff levels throughout the store, managing payment systems, producing rosters and staffing schedules, preventing wastage and loss, managing conflict and allocating work.

What you will achieve: :

You will achieve an Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail skills.

This can lead to roles like:

Store manager

Duty manager

General manager

How does it work?

The level 3 apprenticeship will take 15 months to complete.

Just like in the level 2 apprenticeship, you can expect to receive expert face to face training, paired with online learning, and of course on the job work experience to develop those valuable skills.

We’d expect training to take approximately 20% of your working week training, but just like in level 2 you don’t have to be in a formal classroom.

Your learning will take place in your workplace, and every 3-4 weeks your tutor will come to you and spend 2-3 hours with you at each session.
