Crosby Management Training senior personnel are chairing the development of the new Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship trailblazer group. We expect the apprenticeship to be made available circa Summer-Autumn 2020.

Please ask for a copy of the new standards for each discipline in L&D, OD and HR here. We will also send you an Expression of Interest form so that you can register your potential interest in the programme and receive regular updates on progress of the trailblazer group.

The EPA process and pricing has not yet been agreed, but it will of course be Levy-funded and may yet include a CIPD level 7 qualification.

Should you or colleagues wish to undertake a straight CIPD Level 7 in HRM, we can also provide that via a mixed-mode approach, which would involve assisting you in evidencing what you already do and know, or with assignments and guided learning to meet the CIPD syllabus. The cost of this is £6,995 + VAT and is not Levy funded.
