If you are aged 16 or above and you show the right aptitude, enthusiasm & motivation you will be eligible for an apprenticeship at LearnPlay Foundation.

Over the last 5 years, we have successfully completed 450 Apprenticeship Frameworks with our staff with an 80.2% timely completion rate (against the SFA benchmark of 53%)

First and foremost an apprenticeship is a job! You are an employee within a company, under a contract of employment with full worker rights and protections offered to you.

In addition to being an employee you have a commitment to complete a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) which your company should support.

In a nutshell you will earn whilst you learn, and learning is in house so no need to go to college.
