Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3

This Apprenticeship includes providing direction, instruction and guidance to your team, understanding different leadership styles, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and building internal and external relationships.

What you need:

To be employed as a line manager or team leader.

What you will achieve:

You will achieve an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading.

How does it work?

The level 3 apprenticeship will take between 12 and 18 months to complete.

You can expect to receive expert face to face training, paired with online learning, and of course on the job work experience to develop those valuable skills.

We’d expect training to take approximately 20% of your working week, but you don’t have to be in a formal classroom, so you can fit your training around your working schedule, in the same location.
