Level 3 Diploma involves

Learning whilst you are employed full time. You will be expected to hold a suitable management position to achieve this qualification.
A Pass / Merit / Distinction in the new apprenticeship standard, CMI associate membership on completion and Functional Skills in Mathematics & English

Learning in your workplace

You will be required to produce a portfolio of evidence, participate in a professional discussion and undertake a sector specific end point assessment based on your industry

A programme lasting up to 18 months however you can work at your own pace to finish sooner!
