Team Leader/ Supervisor Level 3 Standard

The Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal first line managers with operational/project responsibilities or those who support teams to deliver a clearly defined outcome.

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as team management principles, leadership techniques, performance management, relationship management, communications, operational and project management and financial management.

The Apprentice will work towards a knowledge test, interview, portfolio assessment and professional discussion. With guidance and learning from a Blue Sky Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence including assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.
