Selling over the telephone takes practise and our Telesales Training recognises that staff who communicate with their customers using just the telephone, need constant refreshing on new techniques. Why is this? It’s because buyers put up barriers, mainly caused through bad experiences with other sales people and a marketplace that is constantly changing.

A one day course – £195+vat per delegate (discounts for larger groups. Delivered at your business, or at our training suite in Exeter. We cover the South West (Bristol, Somerset Devon, Cornwall) but often travel all over the UK for our very special clients.

How to provide your customer with engaging information about products and services, in a way that translates over the phone.

Gain information by asking great open questions, that encourage your customer to open up and share their views.

Closing the Sale
How to create the perfect opportunity to commit the sale. No cheesy closes, just genuine listening, understanding and problem-solving.

Agreeing Actions
Every call should produce a ‘next action’ as you move your customer through the sales pipeline, towards converting the sale.

Sales Pipeline
The sales pipeline should be nurtured daily, with effective sales activity, to deliver predictable conversions to sales revenue. We’ll give you plenty of tips.
