Traffic Office Apprenticeship

Our Traffic Office Apprenticeship programme is a minimum of 12 months long with monthly face to face knowledge tutorial days complimenting the workplace mentoring provided by the employer. The scheme will cover all knowledge and training relating to Traffic Office roles and cover things such as Drivers Hours, Tachographs, Vehicle Selection and Routing and Customer Care.

In addition to achieving the Supply Chain Operator (Traffic Office) Apprenticeship and, if they don’t already have it, Functional Skills qualifications in English and maths, they also have the opportunity to attend the CPC for Transport Managers (Road Haulage) course and take the exam.
