This webinar is a guide to selecting the most appropriate alloys for a range of engineering applications. Material selection is an important part of the design and manufacture of components. Selection based on the property requirements is important but it should also take into account the fabrication and processing routes to be used. By doing this, you may be able to select materials that will reduce costs and lead times.

Who Should Attend?

The webinar is suitable for people who work in engineering, production, design and who manufacture or supply engineering components. Although some basic metallurgical knowledge would be an advantage, it is not essential – practical engineering examples will be used to illustrate and explain the principles of material selecttion.
