Welding Assessment
The Welding Skills Analysis is a one-hour practical session that takes place in our workshop.
The assessment session will quantify your current skill level and allow the instructor to agree with you on the level qualification (Level 1 Beginner, Level 2 Intermediate or Level 3 Advanced) or the amount of training required for coding. The instructor will take into account your experience, motivation, and the company’s objectives.
You will complete the initial task unaided and then given advice and training for your last job to assess the speed of improvement from the intervention. At the end of the session, will discuss with you a plan for courses and guidance on your next steps.
The design of future training and duration is to address your specific needs. As a result, the practice can comprise of any combination of welding processes (MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG, FCAW) and joint configurations, as required for the qualifications.
Welding training tailored to your individual needs for joints, metal type and configurations. Training can include fillet, and butt welds in sheet, plate and pipe for various thickness ranges in relevant welding positions.
We will design a training package based on the required welding process, material, thickness, weld joint, and welding positions.
All courses come with complimentary coffee, tea and chilled bottled water
