CTL was established in Reading in 1993 as a private training provider. Our Head Office is based in Reading, Berkshire and we have training centres in Wokingham, Newbury and Swindon.
We currently offer a range of learning opportunities in Childcare and Business and Administration and cater for professionals at all levels, whether you are still at school or going into management. Many of our courses may attract local or national government funding.
