Desborough College
I am honoured to have been appointed as the new Principal to Desborough College. Our College is a very special place where we believe that educating the citizens of the future is a significant responsibility and a huge privilege. We absolutely thrive on guiding our pupils to become well rounded citizens who, with our stewardship, guidance and support, will leave us with a suite of qualifications and range of skills that will enable them to develop as kind, caring, and compassionate global citizens and to allow them to achieve the future of their dreams. We call this The Desborough Way – it is our blueprint for developing and nurturing the life skills required to succeed in an ever-changing world.
My vision and leadership style is straightforward – if I do not believe that what we are doing or implementing would be something I would want for my own children then I cannot implement it or enforce it for our pupils.
