Course Aim:
This apprenticeship is ideal for candidates who are looking to gain an apprenticeship and nationally recognised qualifications in project management. Project management apprentices learn how to plan and deliver projects within the time, cost, quality constraints.

Student Pre-Requisites:
Individual employers will set their own entry requirements for their apprentices. Typically candidates will have achieved a grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and maths (or new grading equivalent), and hold a minimum of 120 UCAS points, or new equivalent. Students will also be required to pass a Gen2 aptitude test.

Location and delivery model:
Training for this apprenticeship will take place at a Gen2 centre based in West Cumbria, Carlisle or Furness.

This apprenticeship is delivered with the employer in the workplace with block release at a Gen2 training centre in order to complete their taught components including:

Pre Course assignment
Module 1 – PMQ Apprenticeship Delivery Part 1 (3 Day block at a Gen2 Centre)
On Line learning modules
Module 1 – PMQ Apprenticeship Delivery Part 2 (3 Day block at a Gen2 Centre)
PMQ exam
On Line learning modules in line with six weekly visits in the workplace and linked to assignments and portfolio development
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 2 English and maths prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is awarded on successful completion of the End Point Assessment.
