Leading Your Team

The objective of this workshop is to enable a manager to identify
their own leadership style, and identify how to adapt this to get the
best from their people.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

 Understand the characteristics of managers and leaders
 Recognise different leadership styles
 Identify where effective leaders spend their time – and relate
this personally
 Recognise individual preferred work style in the workplace
 Demonstrate the importance of effective working
relationships in the workplace
 Appreciate the importance of adapting your style in the
workplace
 Refresh communication techniques
 Review individual leadership and create an action plan
Format

This one day workshop uses a combination of engaging
presentations, interactive discussions and exercises and focuses on
action oriented outcomes. The course is reinforced through both
pre and post workshop questionnaires.
