If you’re looking for a good starting point with Word, this is it.

Perhaps you have changed your job and need Word skills, or its taking you too long to create your documents, the tips and tricks on this course will make life easier. If you are attending the course you need to be reasonably confident in using a PC, a keyboard and a mouse.

This course is for the complete beginner or someone who is self-taught and needs a refresher. It is designed to give you the foundation knowledge and skills to work efficiently and confidently with Microsoft Word. You will learn how to Create, save and print documents using Word effectively
Easily copy, cut and paste text within a document or to other documents
Use formatting tools to give a professional look to your text
Create labels for use on envelopes
Insert a table to put information into. The course runs from 9:30am through to 4:30pm.
You will learn in a relaxed environment with a small group of people. A specialist tutor will guide and encourage you through all the learning necessary to develop your skills and questions are always welcome.
