OPERATIONS / DEPARTMENTAL MANAGER – LEVEL 5

APPRENTICESHIP OVERVIEW
This course is for someone who is able to manage teams and/or projects, has responsibility for planning, delivering and achieving departmental goals and objectives. They are accountable to a more senior manager, head of department or small business owner, and are responsible for the operational delivery of the organisation’s strategy.

Subjects Include:

Organisational Performance – delivering results
Interpersonal Excellence – managing people and developing relationships
Personal effectiveness – managing self

On programme assessment

Regular assessments

Development of a portfolio demonstrating learning and development in the workplace
360-degree feedback (employer input)
End-point assessment

Agreement between Learner, Employer and Trainer that they are ready to enter the End Point Assessment phase
End point Assessment takes place and is graded
Apprenticeship achieved (Pass, Merit, Distinction)
ACHIEVEMENTS AT THE END
An industry recognised Management Diploma Level 5
