PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured project management method and one of the world’s most widely used method for managing projects.
It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for.

It gives you a set of processes to work through and explains what information you should be gathering along the way. Good projects that deliver quality results, on-time and within budget are dependent on the capability of people involved from Project Board down to individual members.

This course conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain both PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner level certifications. Course Contents – Foundation

Course Contents – Practitioner

A review of the entire method, consolidating understanding and addressing any areas of concern
Scenario-based exercises, designed to focus candidates on the application of the PRINCE2 method.

Examination – Foundation

The purpose of the PRINCE2 Foundation examination is to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method. The format of the exam is as follows:
60 minute exam duration
60 questions
Closed book
33/60 required to pass = 55% pass mark

Examination – Practitioner

150 minute exam duration
68 questions
38/68 required to pass = 55% pass mark
Open book (official PRINCE2 manual only)

You must pass the Foundation exam prior to undertaking the Practitioner examination.
