This apprenticeship is for individuals with responsibility for managing a team or discrete project, or undertaking their first line-management role.

Our training will support apprentices to: manage & develop team members, manage projects, planning & monitoring workloads/resources, successful delivering of operational plans, resolving problems & building relationships.
