Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

A team leader/supervisor is a role in management usually at the first line. To deliver a defined outcome of clear definition a team leader/supervisor will be responsible for managing a team and is in charge of operational or project responsibilities.

They give guidance when needed and provide a clear direction and instructions to ensure goals and deadlines are met.

A team leader/supervisor may work in private, public or third sector in small to large organisations. The knowledge, behaviours and skills are universal throughout all roles, however the specific responsibilities may change.

Monitoring workloads
Monitoring resources

Building relationships

Learners without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
