Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

This new apprenticeship standard is fantastic in developing a wide range of individuals who are either at the start of their career in leadership and management or for those already in management roles who may already have some practical experience but who wish to develop and apply enterprising management skills and mindset in developing their business.

Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.

Roles/Occupations may include: Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.

As part of the apprenticeship course each learner will embark on an accredited ILM Level 3 Managers Diploma will become members of the Institute of Leadership & Management

Level: Level 3

Duration: 12 – 18 Months

Qualifications: Level 3 Managers Diploma (Optional)

*Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.

How Its Delivered:

Monthly One to One Tuition and Assessment at the workplace

Bi Monthly – Full Day Training Workshops (in a Central Location)

Assigned a Business Mentor

E-Portfolio and Online Resources

End Point Assessment at the end of the Course
