Train the Trainer

This workshop is designed for managers & trainers who currently
present, train or facilitate groups and are looking to enliven how
they get their message across, develop the capabilities of others,
and achieve a lasting impact from their communication.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

 Outline the factors that help adults learn more effectively,
and identify how best use can be made of these principles
 Be able to select from a variety of methods that can be used
to maximise the participation of attendees at a learning
event
 Reflect upon your behaviour, and modify how you
communicate and work with groups of people as appropriate
 Communicate and support the changes to how learning
events are managed & delivered

Format

Starting with a booklet that needs to be read and completed prior
to the workshop, attendees will participate in a combination of
presentation, discussion, exercises and scenario-based role plays.
This workshop is an interactive, engaging and thought-provoking
day, after which attendees are encouraged to manage their own
learning event, incorporating the new skills and methods as soon as
possible, in order to consolidate their learning.
